Anonymous Reporting

Should you wish to report an incident that is suspicious or causes you concern, please send an email to 570epd@gmail.com. You can also report it through written documentation. Please enclose the documentation in a sealed envelope and address it to Chief Flannery, Endeavor Police. Drop it off at the Civic Center with the Village Clerk. You can and will remain confidential. In either case of written documentation or email, please provide the following:

Date and Time Incident Occurred

Nature of the Incident (why does this cause you a concern?) 

Related Details (License Plate Number(s), Description of Person or Vehicle Involved) 

Did You Hear Anything? Where Did the Sound Originate From?

Follow Up Name and Phone Number of Person Reporting (Will Remain Confidential) 

If the situation is an emergency, always call 911..!!!
